You’ll be supporting the founder, Gareth Hermann, across three impact-driven initiatives:

  1. FORCE22 Consulting – scaling leaders and teams in top-tier organizations.

  2. Personal Brand & Thought Leadership – creating content, partnerships, and visibility.

  3. Sana Village (Nosara, Costa Rica) – building a regenerative community model for conscious living.

This role is for someone who thrives in organized execution, has a strong attention to detail, and loves checking items off the to-do list. 

​

The Opportunity

 

As Executive Assistant, you will become Gareth’s operations partner—freeing him from logistics, coordination, and repetitive tasks so he can focus on strategy and client delivery. You’ll translate verbal instructions into completed actions, manage follow-ups, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Core Responsibilities

 

Operations & Workflow

  • Manage Gareth’s calendar: schedule, confirm, and coordinate meetings across time zones.

  • Join short daily stand-ups (10–15 minutes) to capture tasks and priorities.

  • Convert spoken or WhatsApp task notes into organized ClickUp tasks with due dates and context.

  • Maintain shared Google Drive folders and ensure files are correctly labeled and accessible.

  • Prepare meeting materials and agendas when requested.

  • Create and update deliverables across consulting projects (e.g., client workshops, reports, proposals).

  • Support vendor coordination for freelancers, designers, or contractors.

Marketing Support

  • Schedule and post pre-approved LinkedIn content.

  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads) in Google Sheets.

  • Maintain a content and asset library (case studies, decks, images).

  • Light design work re-sizing images and posts.

  • Manage Gareth’s speaking and podcast outreach tracker; handle scheduling and follow-ups.

Land Project Coordination

  • Organize communications and files from local vendors and partners.

  • Do research and compile reports.

  • Maintain CRM of interested residents and investors. 

​

You Are

​

  • Exceptionally organized with obsessive attention to detail.

  • Proactive, responsive, and comfortable working autonomously.

  • Tech-literate (Google Workspace, ClickUp, Canva, WhatsApp, LinkedIn).

  • Excellent at problem solving and getting things done. 

  • Energized by supporting a mission-driven founder and multiple evolving projects.

  • Comfortable working async, with quick turnaround via WhatsApp or short daily syncs.

Qualifications

​

  • 3+ years of experience as an executive or operations assistant (remote preferred).

  • Proven ability to handle complex scheduling and task management.

  • Fluent written and spoken English.

  • Availability for short daily stand-ups in Mountain Time. 

​

Compensation & Schedule

​

  • Part-time: 5–10 hours per week to start.

  • Hourly rate: competitive based on experience.

  • Opportunity for growth in hours and responsibility as FORCE22 scales.
